The Officers and Members of the Rose Fire Company would like to congratulate Firefighter Dean Holloway. After 35 years of service to Baltimore County, 27 years with the Baltimore County Fire Department, Fire Apparatus Driver Operator Holloway retired from the BCoFD on July 20, 2012. FADO Holloway spent part of his last shift at Station 17 "Texas" being visited by Family and Friends providing well wishes, congrats and one would guess thank you's for a job well done. As we at Company 58 know, Dean is not only a "Fireman" but a Hard Worker, Great Mentor and Great Friend! We are sure that there are plenty of members with-in the BCoFD that are grateful to have worked with FADO Holloway.
FADO Holloway had a special visitor for his last shift as Driver for Engine 17, his son. Lt. Kurt Holloway was detailed to Engine 17 on that night and as it should be for a true fireman, the last run Dean took in was a working house fire. Thats how you go out!!
Again from all of us at Rose Fire Company, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
On a side note Congratulations to Chief Holloway on his recent promotion to Lieutenant with the BCoFD. |
